On September 5-7, 2008 at Fort Valley State University, Fort Valley, Georgia, The Shire of Tir Briste Presents:

Res Equus

¨ The Shire of Tir Briste cordially invites you to a weekend of classes, equestrian activities, fighting, dining and camaraderie. 

¨ Classes will be held in air-conditioned spaces in the Vet Science Building at Fort Valley State University. 

¨ Camping is permitted on the campus.  We have a large open area reserved for campsites.  There are  also several hotels located nearby in Ft. Valley. 

¨ This is a  Bone DRY site. 

¨ In addition to Feast on Saturday, Travelers Fare will be available Friday, and breakfast will be provided both mornings. 

¨ Site opens at 5 PM on Friday, and closes at 11 AM on Sunday.

¨ No dogs allowed!

¨ No live steel allowed!

¨ All riders must be authorized.  If not currently authorized,  completion of the Risk Management class and authorization riding test will be required.  SCA Members will be authorized for 4 years.  Non-members will only be authorized for the day.
