Fighter practice is just that. The fighters get together and don their armour and practice the arts of war and tournament. It is a very social time, and it is not limited to just the fighters. Others can come and hang out and watch the fighting. They can also bring their arts and sciences projects and work on them as they get to know the other members of the shire. It is not required for you to wear garb to fighter practice, unless it is held as part of a demo or a regional gathering.
We gather at North Peach Park in Byron on MOST Sundays, however, weather, holidays, and event schedules may effect attendance. It is highly suggested that you contact our Knights Marshal, Lady Elizabeth, or Sir Geoffrey to confirm that there will be a fighter practice on any given Sunday, even if it is on the calendar.
Here are some pictures taken from various fighter practices over the years.
